Screen Printing

Today I have done some screenprinting using images I have taken of one of my friends. Using the block of colour I had previously screenprinted, I found the detals of the face didn't come through very clearly which isn't the look I was going for.

After printing on the block of colour, IK then went on to print on plain white paper. These outcomes were a lot more detailed and was closer to the print I wanted, despite ideally wanting this look on a coloured background, I am still happy that I've got some prints with detail.

With the print ontop of the block coloures, I did like when it was off centre opposed to being lined up nicely in the middle of the block.

I really enjoy screenprinting and want to carry on with it, in order to create a look I am happy with I am going to develop these further by continuing to layer ontop.
