Visit: Nottingham Contemporary

Today I went to Nottingham Contemporary Gallery. I took a lot of inspiration from this visit, and enjoyed viewing the work they were exhibiting. The artwork I was most drawn to were the layered and distorted pieces. This is very much my style, so viewing similar pieces is always inspirational to me. I like the way they have lined up and placed the layered sections because you can tell thought has been put into the composition, opposed to random placement. I want to add text to my work eventually, so some of the work I have seen at Nottingham Contemporary has given me fresh ideas on what to do for that.
